    The Marine Operations Planner is responsible for assisting with the day to day management of the Fleet. The Marine Operations Planner is responsible for maintaining company safety standards and complying with all regulatory requirements.  The Marine Operations Planner reports to The Director of Marine Operations.  This position requires some travel to American Cruise Lines Vessels.      

     

    American Cruise Lines is one of America’s most experienced cruise lines. We operate the newest fleet of 100-180 passenger luxury cruise ships and riverboats on 7-21 night cruises, traveling along the coastal and inland waters of the Atlantic, Pacific Northwest and Mississippi River.

    • Sailing instruction prep
    • USCG NOA reports 
    • Training
    • USCG and other regulatory compliance (supchapter K)
    • Relief Mate 
    • Logistics support to fleet 
    • Invoice coding
    • New vessel build projects
    • Electronics tech support
    • Electronics contractor liaison

    Qualifications

    • USCG Captain (100 Ton) or Engineering License
    • Management experience of equipment and people
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
