    The Corporate Executive Chef is a shore side senior leadership position that requires frequent travel to ships.  The Corporate Executive Chef assists oversees the culinary operation for the Company.  The Corporate Executive Chef is directly responsible for supervising Regional Corporate Chefs and shipboard Executive Chefs and is accountable for the performance and quality assurance of all aspects of culinary operations inclusive of superior food quality, food preparation, inventory management, kitchen operation, kitchen crew morale, galley maintenance, menu development, recipe development, and training.


    • Supervises Corporate Regional Chefs
    • Supervises shipboard Executive Chefs
    • Supports and directs shipboard Executive Chefs to supervise shipboard chef team
    • Ensures Chefs comply with the Operations Manual, Chef Manual, recipe standards, approved menus, and procedures
    • Writes and develops weekly menus by cruise region and season utilizing fresh and local ingredients
    • Writes and develops standardized recipes
    • Assists with food purchasing
    • Coordinates and assists with food purchasing plan, logistics, and oversight of food vendors
    • Holds Chefs accountable to company standards to provide the guests with a consistent experience of superior quality
    • Provides consistent supervision of shipboard Executive Chefs to establish clear goals and expectations


    • Culinary Arts degree
    • Minimum 10 years’ corporate chef management experience at a full-service hotel, resort, or cruise ship
    • Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
    • Available to travel and work a flexible schedule including long days for extended periods of time
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Power Point
    • US Coast Guard regulated pre-employment drug test
