We are an expanding company seeking an enthusiastic Purchasing & Logistics Assistant to work in our office located on the lower Eastern Shore. Our modern fleet of small ships provides guests an exceptional, personalized cruising experience with intimate access to America's most iconic and historic cruise destination. This position will involve replenishing hotel supplies to our ships across the United States.
The Purchasing & Logistics Assistant will have excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills while being able to work at a fast pace. An ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Knowledge of shipping methods including UPS, FedEx & LTL is a plus. The Purchasing & Logistics Assistant will be responsible for managing the daily requests of the fleet through each node of the supply chain. This is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate.
