    American Cruise Lines, the leader in small ship cruising, is seeking a smart and savvy Travel Coordinator in our Guilford, CT office to assist our crew members with travel arrangements.

    This role is being added to the company due to need. Our company is growing rapidly and we need additional resources to ensure our ships are staffed properly. This is a Monday-Friday, hourly role.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Contact employees and get them flights from point A to point B
    • Follow up with new hires to ensure they have received all necessary travel information and instruction.
    • Work with online travel sites to book tickets for new hires and existing crew members in a timely fashion

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience arranging travel such as hotel, flights and ground transportation
    • Internet savvy with strong knowledge of online travel sites
    • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft office applications
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
