The Corporate Menu Developer is a shore side menu development leadership position that requires some travel to ships and assists with overseeing the culinary operation. The Corporate Menu Developer is responsible for supervising shipboard Executive Chefs and is accountable for the performance and quality assurance of culinary operations inclusive of superior food quality, food preparation, inventory management, menu development, recipe development, and training.
